  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices at any time, but changes will only apply to future billing cycles.
  • Refunds: Unless required by law, subscription fees paid are generally non-refundable. For special circumstances, please contact our support team.

NoteKitLM is an independent tool provided "as is." We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google.

Since NoteKitLM relies on Google NotebookLM's internal APIs, any changes on Google's end may cause some or all features of this extension to stop working. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoteKitLM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
